We will be organising a variety programme to celebrate Diwali. All Maharashtrians and their friends and families are invited to come and enjoy. If anyone likes to take part should let us know as soon as possible. The programm details will follow shortly. The times have changed only for Diwali Programme. The new timings are from 3.30pm to 6.30pm. We would like to start the programm sharp on time. Please do come and enjoy Diwali phraal,geet sangeet and dance. We will be charging £3.00 per person for this programme

After along break we will be opening our doors for all maharashtrians who live in and around Croydon. This is going to be our first meeting after a long break. We are bring bringing a programm "Bhondlyachi gaani and Khirapat" by local memebers of CMC. Please do come and rekindle your memories of childhood. The details are on the website.

Once again we are meeting on 31 st of May. In this we are organising a talk by a young lady who worked as an English teacher in Japan. The person talked like an english person,walked like an english and dressed like an english person but there was something unusual about her which puzzled the native children!!!!!!!!!!!!. Come and find out. It will be very informative and interesting. The talk will be in English. Please do come and bring your family and friends too. See you there.

Once again we are coming together on 26 th of April 2009 at same place and same time. One of our member, who participated in Channel 4's show called COUNTDOWN, will be sharing her experience with all of us. If any one else would like to take part in the above show she will be able to give some information too. There will be a short Yoga workshop and talk will be held on the same day. A trained Yoga teacher will be leading this workshop. So please do come and enjoy the meeting.

After a long winter break we are going to meet again. Our next meeting will be on Sunday the 15th of March 2009. All Maharashrians in and around Croydon are invited come and join for a cup of coffee and lovely chat with a Marathi friend. Do come and enjoy the chat.
